These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Guide With Nitin (the "Website"), operated by Guide With Nitin ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is true, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your username, password and one-time codes confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. We will never ask you for your password, OTP, UPI PIN or card details over phone, email or chat. Please notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate an account that is used for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, resale of digital goods, or any activity that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
We sell digital products (files, templates, tools, licences and access-based services) and, where listed, physical products. Product descriptions, images and previews are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can reasonably make them; minor variations in appearance, file structure or version number may occur. Digital products are delivered electronically to your account and, where applicable, to your registered email address.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. Prices, offers and coupon codes may change at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed.
We accept payment by UPI and through your Website wallet. To confirm a UPI payment automatically, each order is assigned a unique payable amount that differs slightly from the base price. You must pay the exact amount shown on the payment page. Paying a different amount may delay or prevent automatic confirmation, and such payments will then require manual verification by our team.
Wallet balance is a prepaid store credit. It can be used only on this Website, it cannot be transferred to another user, and it cannot be withdrawn as cash.
An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. Digital products are made available immediately on confirmation. Physical products are dispatched as described in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order — including orders that appear fraudulent, that breach a purchase limit, or where an item was listed at an incorrect price — and to refund any amount already received for such an order.
When you purchase a digital product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use that product for your own personal or internal business purposes. Unless we have given you written permission, you must not resell, redistribute, sub-license, upload to a public repository, share account credentials, or make the product available to any third party. Breach of this clause is a breach of copyright and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, in addition to any legal remedy available to us.
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, layout, source code, tools and downloadable files — is owned by Guide With Nitin or licensed to us, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. Nothing on the Website transfers any ownership right to you.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, any account, server or database; (b) probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website, or breach any security or authentication measure; (c) use automated means to scrape, copy or overload the Website; (d) upload malware or any harmful code; (e) use the Website for money laundering, or for any unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purpose; (f) reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any tool provided on the Website.
The Website may link to third-party websites, payment applications or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.
The Website and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any specific commercial or financial result will be achieved from using our products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaint may be sent to the contact details below. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 15 days.
