Guide With Nitin respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses Guide With Nitin to do the same. This page explains how to report material that you believe infringes your copyright, and what happens after you report it.
We do not knowingly host, sell or distribute material that infringes anyone’s copyright. Where we publish, sell or link to digital material, we do so on the basis that we hold the necessary rights or licence, or that the material is freely redistributable under its own licence.

We review every complete notice. A valid notice is normally actioned within 3 to 5 working days. If the claim is clear, we remove or disable access to the material and inform the person who uploaded it, if any. Incomplete notices are held until the missing information is supplied.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice must identify the removed material and its former location, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and include your name, address, telephone number and signature. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not begin legal proceedings, we may restore the material.
We terminate, without refund, the accounts of sellers or users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
Sending a takedown notice you know to be false is a serious matter and may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be certain before you file.
Some listings on this Website are published by independent sellers who operate their own store here. Those sellers warrant to us that they own or are licensed to sell what they list. A takedown notice about such a listing is handled by us in the same way described above, and the listing is suspended while we investigate.
